Forgot password never sent email

I've lost my credentials and tried to use the forgot password link but I never receive the link email, and it's not in my spam folder. How so I recover my ability to log on?

    Hello Jerry,

    Thank you for raising this issue with us, I apologize for the lack of success sending the reset email.
    If you like I can reset your password and notify you of what the new password is.
    You can then use it to log on and change to a personal password.
    Please let me know if you are okay with me emailing your temporary password in plaintext?
    Please let me know, I am happy to do so.
