Last Github Push, who did it & when

It would be awesome to be able to include the date & time of our last github commit and/or heroku push, with a link to the commit and who did it. Now our system is maturing a higher proportion of errors are the result of some bad code being pushed out and this would allow us to take a much more relaxed view of some errors when we can see it's directly related to a recent push and the coder in question is scrambling to roll it back.
