who is api.intercom.io

Why, when I access an error, am I seeing a POST request made to api.intercom.io. My email address is being sent as part of this. All that is being returned is some JSON containing information(avatar info etc.) about "Ben Arent".

...not very happy that my email address is being sent to a 3rd party...I dont remember agreeing to this!

    Hi Al,

    Thank you for raising your concern to our attention. intercom.io is the service we use for our in app messaging and to manage the data about our users. Next time you are in the user interface for airbrake try sending us a message with the little envelope in the bottom right.
