What triggers a notification email being sent

Hello. I'm wondering what you consider to be a new error that would trigger an email notification. Specifically, if I mark a error as resolved, but another error comes in of the same variety, will it silently hide that error or email me a new notification so I know the issue has not, in fact, been resolved?

Regards, Eric

This answers how you determine if an error is new, but I'm wondering what happens if I mark an error as resolved and then an occurrence of an existing error comes in. I'm worried that I'll think something is resolved, but the error reports keep rolling in.

I believe we "unresolve" errors when they re-occur based on the uniqueness requirements. Let me know if you're not seeing that behavior in your account.
