Heroku + Node.js + Hoptoad

Hi,

After I setup hoptoad in my node.js app hosted on Heroku, every time there's an exception, the code breaks and nothing happens. It just stops working and no info is returned or the server restarted.

   Hi,
   Glad to see you're using Hoptoad! Unfortunately, we only support the Ruby/Rails notifier and (through a partner) the iOS notifier. This seems like it might be a better fit for the node.js notifier Github issues page. If it turns out to be a Hoptoad problem, we'll be glad to help.
