Tracking changes to the settings of a project

Is there any kind of change tracking on the settings of a project? Specifically, can I see when and by whom something might have been changed?

   Hello Jeff,

   Thank you for the input, we currently do not have a resolution tracking mechanism, however I think what you are suggesting is that each error should have a

   Resolution_History
     - Which has the User who resolved the error
     - The Time that the error was resolved.
   

   I am making this into a Feature Request and I will include your email and a link to this ticket for reference. I will update you with any status change on the feature request!
