Allow users to specify timezone

It would be nice to be able to set my timezone. It looks like the error times are being displayed in GMT, which makes reconciling them with other data sources difficult.

    Hey Eric,

    I think it's unlikely that we'll add a timezone pref to the application itself -- but very likely that as we add integration support for ticket tracking systems, we'll keep in mind timezone issues and make sure we play well w/ those services.
