JS-Notifier should support https-calls

Hi,

Currently the JS-Notifier Script seams to support http:// calls only.

This means, when it is used within an https:// site, the browser will issue a warning, that some elements on the page are not secure.

Please modify the notifier, so it can detect, whether it is used with an SSL-site and then load the notifier-image from the correct source.
