Blank error pages cased by Facebooker plugin
If errors are being successfully sent to Airbrake, but the users receiving the error are being shown a blank page instead of the appropriate error page (500.html or 404.html) this is likely caused by the facebooker plugin pretty errors feature.
Disable this in production and staging environments in config/facebooker.yml by setting pretty_errors to false.
